Fixing social security the right way

We can fix social security without going semi-private. In fact about all we have to do is return it to its pre 1964 status when Pres. Johnson put it in the general fund to finance the Viet Nam war. Return the fund to an instrument where the politicians can't get their hands on it and assign a part of the budget to replace the money that has been stolen from it. This will also reduce the National Debt.
Where will the money come from to repay social Security? How about not paying for abortions? I know that Roe V Wade assures women of control of their bodies but that decision said nothing of having the taxpayers pay for it. This move will also reduce the cost of Medicare considerably.
Next, lets remove the federal welfare recipients that were thrown into the Social Security Fund by Pres. Clinton to "get rid of Federal Welfare". Why should an elementary school child play "dumb" and uneducated? So that student can collect $600.00 a month from Social Security. Hmmmmm.... if I had 10 kids at $600.00 a month, why that's $6000.00 a month tax free! I could retire!
Next, lets end the practice of allowing every immigrant in the United States over 65 years, old full access to Medicare and $600.00 a month without ever having to put one penny in the system.
Example; Two brothers come to this country from the middle east, neither applies for citizenship. They marry women from their home country and bring them to the States on visas. They have children who are American citizens by birth. They have a business that prospers so they send for their parents. Wonderful! a family should be together if they can afford it. however the minute the parents arrive they are put on social security and medicare. Bingo! another $1200.00 a month in the family coffers. Oh, did I fail to mention that papa has had two hip replacements and mama has had a shoulder done on Medicare for nothing? Did I also forget to mention that these two successful businessmen have their children enrolled in the "Healthy Children" fund for people who can't afford insurance for their kids?
These are just a few of the examples of where money can be returned to the Social Security Program. If Congress can come up with 35 billion dollars {probably taken from S/S money} this year alone to "fight AIDS and starvation in Africa" Why can't they find the same amount to re-fund Social Security?

Not pay for abortions!?! I can't think of a better way for my tax dollars to be spent! (What do you call a fifteen year old black girl who gets an abortion? A crime fighter!)
Oh, I suppose it might be more fiscally sound to wait and put them to work in prision making blue jeans, but then they might get their GED in the joint, and when they get paroled by some bleeding heart liberal, they can take a job at Taco Bell away from some hard working american! If only we hadn't needed slavery to make this country great.
